Are the fee rates likely to change?
We work very hard to maintain the fees as low as we can whilst still ensuring the tuition and additional services are of a high standard. Fees are normally reviewed in the Easter term and shared with parents before the September invoices are issued.
Are any other discounts offered?
Discounts are offered for multiple classes and these can be found on our fee sheet.
When are the invoices issued?
We endeavour to get invoices out before the end of each term.
Do the fees include VAT?
The fees for classes do not include VAT.
When I join LBPA, why is there a registration fee and what does this cover?
The registration fee is a one off non-refundable payment. The amount is advised on the current fee sheet and is due at the time of registration. This helps to cover the administration costs and any assessment classes which enable us to ensure the pupil enters the correct classes at the right level.
Can I trial classes before I commit to paying for them?
Yes. Students are invited to trial two weeks of classes. The trial classes are free. During the two weeks, the pupil can try as many classes as they like. Private classes are however excluded from this offer.
Are discounts offered on private classes?
Discounts for siblings and number of classes being undertaken are not included for private classes.
How much are private classes?
Details of all class prices are on the current LBPA Fee sheet.
When are fees payable?
Fees should be paid for the full term by the second week of the same term to which the invoice relates. Payment plans may be available upon request by emailing email@example.com
How do I pay my invoice?
We prefer if you pay via bank transfer payment. Bank details are on every invoice along with the invoice number for your payment details. We do accept cheques made payable to Liz Burville Performing Arts Limited but will charge an administration fee if there are insufficient funds when the cheque is processed by the bank.
Are there “pay as you go options”?
Only adult classes are offered on a “pay as you go” basis.

· Examination fee for each exam and level being completed
· Coaching classes for each exam being completed (if applicable)
· Pianist (where relevant)
· Administrative costs for issuing invoices and booking exam times with the examining body.
